Service Coordinator
Located in Brossard, your role as Service Coordinator is to manage the field service activity of our Service Technicians and external partners.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out all the necessary follow-ups with the Canadian and American technician teams;
- Manage the Canadian and American technicians schedules;
- Assess customer service needs and coordinate calls between the customer, our technicians and our certified partners;
- Manage all customer service call requests (internal and external);
- Prepare quotes for repairs or preventive maintenance contracts;
- Work closely with members of the technical support and sales team to provide the best service to our customers;
- Proactively follow up on service calls with customers to ensure their satisfaction;
- Monitor technicians’ parts inventories and maintain at appropriate levels
Qualifications:
- College diploma in administration or other related fields;
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service;
- Excellent verbal and written communicator;
- Experience in managing a small team, ideally coordinating and dispatching service technicians;
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
