Service Coordinator

Located in Brossard, your role as Service Coordinator is to manage the field service activity of our Service Technicians and external partners.

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:


Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all the necessary follow-ups with the Canadian and American technician teams;
  • Manage the Canadian and American technicians schedules;
  • Assess customer service needs and coordinate calls between the customer, our technicians and our certified partners;
  • Manage all customer service call requests (internal and external);
  • Prepare quotes for repairs or preventive maintenance contracts;
  • Work closely with members of the technical support and sales team to provide the best service to our customers;
  • Proactively follow up on service calls with customers to ensure their satisfaction;
  • Monitor technicians’ parts inventories and maintain at appropriate levels

 

Qualifications:

  • College diploma in administration or other related fields;
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service;
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator;
  • Experience in managing a small team, ideally coordinating and dispatching service technicians;
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
