Automatic Systems update with regards to the COVID-19 situation
March 24th 2020 – In view of the health situation related to COVID-19, Automatic Systems has implemented a series of measures aimed at preserving the health of its employees and curbing the spread of the Coronavirus epidemic, while maintaining our commitment to you as best we can.
Strict work organization and preventive measures have been put in place in recent days, scrupulously respecting the recommendations and decisions of the national and local authorities. In order to respect the most recent restrictions implemented our manufacturing facilities are being temporarily closed for the next few weeks. During these difficult times, longer lead times and unavoidable delays to confirmed delivery dates may occur. We will do everything possible to limit the impact to our customers.
Our technicians will continue to carry out repair work on your equipment with the stock available so long as your facility is accessible while continuing to respect the restrictions put in place by local authorities. In addition, our administrative, engineering, sales, service and technical support services remain at your disposal.
We will continue to follow the latest recommendations from the authorities in the countries where we operate. Should the situation change significantly, we will make it our priority to update you with immediate effect.
